Install beta applications of SplashID Pro 9

SplashID Pro 9 is an independent system by itself, and different from SplashID Safe.

Please sign up for a SplashID Pro 9 account after installing the application. We recommend that you use the exact same email address as you have in SplashID Safe to be eligible for migration from SplashID Safe. The master password for SplashID Pro 9 can be different from the one you use for SplashID Safe.

Android
  1. Become a beta tester by opening this link and accepting the Play Store guidelines in your phone browser.
  2. Start the installation of SplashID Pro 9. If you do not see an install option, then please open this link and proceed to become a tester, and install the app.
  3. Complete the installation and launch it.
iOS and iPadOS
  1. Install the TestFlight app from App Store on your device.
  2. Launch the TestFlight app and search for SplashID Pro 9 application. The application will be displayed only if you are part of the beta users group.
  3. Install the application and launch it.
macOS
  1. Install the TestFlight app from App Store on your Mac.
  2. Launch the TestFlight app and search for SplashID Pro 9 application. The application will be displayed only if you are part of the beta users group.
  3. Install the application and launch it.
Windows
  1. On your Windows machine, click on the Microsoft Store link.
  2. SplashID Pro 9 (Beta) application will be displayed only if you are part of the beta users group.
  3. Install the application and launch it.

To enroll for beta testing please contact technical support with the platforms you want to try the app on. The available platforms are Android, iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Windows.

Migrate your SplashID 8 license

You will need a Pro license to test SplashID Pro 9.

If you have a SplashID 8 license, you can migrate your SplashID 8 account and data to SplashID Pro 9. Once you sign up for an account in SplashID Pro 9 with the same email address you use for SplashID 8, you will see a Migrate from SplashID 8 link in the top section of the navigation menu. Click on the link to initiate migration of your account.

Cloud Sync

If you use cloud sync in SplashID 8, then both your license and data will get migrated to SplashID Pro 9.

WiFi and No Sync

If you use WiFi or No sync in SplashID 8, then only your license will get migrated to SplashID Pro 9. You will need to export all your records in SplashID 8 to a SVID file, and then import them into your SplashID Pro 9 account after the migration is completed.

SplashID 8 and SplashID Pro 9

After the migration, you can use both SplashID 8 and SplashID Pro 9 applications independently. Please note SplashID Pro 9 and SplashID 8 are isolated from each other, and your data will not sync between them.

Your SplashID 8 subscription will remain active till it expires.
